Your entitlement to care services starts with the handing on of a request for a care degree at your health insurance. With us, this can be done fast, easily and completely digital - Without all the bureaucracy!

2. The Medical Service

The Medical Service (MDK) will visit you for an appointment to create a recommendation on the required care degree. We support you in preparing for this appointment.

3. Your Care Degree

The health insurance will have the final word regarding your care degree. In our portal, you will be able to get further services and support based on their decision.

After finishing the care request online we process and send it out directly afterwards (using your chosen mailing method - e.g. as registered mail) safely with the German Post to your insurance.

For the future, we are already working on integrating insurances directly, so your request will reach them even faster.

We take protecting your data and privacy very serious.

We only forward your data to your insurance with your explicit agreement. Besides this we only use your data inside our services for example to show them to you inside your profile.

Yes we are - for 100%! We want to offer the best possible service, so you can request the care services you or your loved ones deserved digitally, and as fast and easy as possible.

We want to support you and your loved ones to the fullest and not exploit you during this harsh situation. Therefore many of our services and features can be used free of charge.
But, to be able to also support you in the future with your care, we need to cover our costs. Due to this, there is a single-time service fee for each request to cover the cost of processing it and sending it to the insurance. The prices differ, depending on the chosen mailing method, and are between 5 to 10 euros.

Our service supports you in quickly and easily requesting your care. As the decision about the care services you will receive are with the insurance and the medical service (MDK), we cannot guarantee their approval.
If the request is rejected you have the right to object to it at your insurance.
